He is hoping to be the highest-paid wide receiver in the NFL.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/res.cloudinary.com\/ybmedia\/image\/upload\/c_crop,h_1123,w_2000,x_0,y_0\/c_fill,f_auto,h_900,q_auto,w_1600\/v1\/m\/a\/8\/a8b84b3e3cb8ccb7045fc71305e188b3443c7434\/dec-24-2023-miami-gardens-florida-usa-dallas.jpg\" alt=\"CeeDee Lamb has high expectations for next contract\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lamb said on Thursday his main focus right now is winning the Super Bowl next month, but that after that they will &#8220;start talking.&#8221; On the subject of being the NFL&#8217;s highest-paid receiver, he simply said &#8220;Ideally, yeah, for sure.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is currently the NFL&#8217;s highest-paid receiver at $30 million per year.<\/p>\n<p>Lamb is still on his rookie contract with the Cowboys. His fifth-year option was picked up and carries a salary cap number of over $17 million next season.<\/p>\n<p>Lamb is one of the Cowboys&#8217; most impactful players and one of the NFL&#8217;s most productive wide receivers. He has already set a franchise record this season in receptions (122) and receiving yards (1,651). He has topped the 1,000-yard mark in each of the past three seasons and the 100-reception mark in each of the past two seasons.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb on wanting to become the highest-paid wide receiver in the NFL: \u201cIdeally, yeah, for sure.\u201d But his focus is winning a Super Bowl next month.
